Returns & Eligibility

  • Return Window: Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt or order confirmation.

  • Condition of Items: Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Opened paints, glues, tools, or consumables are not eligible for return unless defective.

  • Exclusions:

    • Clearance or final‑sale items

    • Custom or special‑order products

    • Digital goods or downloadable content

Refund Process

  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 3–5 business days for processing once the return is received.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non‑refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product was defective or sent in error.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.
